By creating an account or using MenusM, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
MenusM is a hosting and publishing platform. We do not create, verify, or guarantee your menu, profile, posts, prices, or other business information. What you enter and publish is your responsibility.
Restaurant owners & public information
- Registration is only for restaurant and café owners who manage a venue on MenusM. We do not offer guest or personal consumer accounts.
- What you add — menu, profile, feed posts, map listing, ratings, photos and your public venue page — is visible to anyone on the internet, including people without a MenusM account.
- Guests browse the feed, map and menus without registering.
1. Service overview
MenusM is a publishing platform for restaurants and cafés. Only venue owners may register an account. Guests use MenusM without logging in. MenusM supplies the tools — including multilingual QR menus, feed posts, map discovery, guest ratings, TV menu boards for in-venue screens, and (on paid plans) table reservations with email notifications; you supply and manage your own information and content, which is displayed publicly as described below.
2. Your information — your responsibility
You control what you add to MenusM. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of all information and content tied to your account — including anything you make public to guests.
- Profile and contact details: name, email, phone, address, map location, opening hours, and links.
- Menu content: dish names, descriptions, prices, allergens, ingredients, photos, and videos.
- Feed posts, offers, and any text or media on your public venue page.
- Who can access your account and every action taken under your login.
3. Account and access security
Keep your password and login details confidential. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, including by anyone you allow to use it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Provide truthful registration and billing information.
4. Content you publish
You retain ownership of content you upload. By publishing on MenusM, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver it as part of the service. MenusM does not review or approve your content before it goes live.
- You must have rights to all text, images, videos, logos, and trademarks you upload.
- Prices, availability, and dish information must be accurate and kept up to date by you.
- You are responsible for food-labelling, allergen, and consumer information required by law in your jurisdiction.
- Public content may be visible to anyone online; do not publish personal or sensitive data you do not want shared.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate law, these terms, or harm the platform, without liability to you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MenusM for illegal activity, spam, malware distribution, fraudulent or misleading content, impersonation, or any activity that harms the platform, guests, or other users. You must not publish information you know to be false or that infringes third-party rights.
6. Billing, registration limits and subscriptions
Restaurant owner accounts are labelled free or paid (annual). Feature limits (post visibility, video posts, verified badge, TV menu boards, table reservations) depend on your billing status and MenusM site settings.
Table reservations (paid plan)
Paid venues may enable table reservations on their public page. Guests submit date, time, party size and contact details without a MenusM account. MenusM sends automated confirmation emails to the guest and to the restaurant owner email on file.
- You are responsible for honouring, confirming or declining bookings and for any follow-up with guests beyond the automated email.
- Reservation data is processed only to operate the booking feature and deliver notification emails.
MenusM may cap how many owners can register on the free tier and how many can hold active paid status at the same time. When free registration is full, new sign-up is paused until slots reopen or MenusM assigns paid capacity. Current availability is shown on the Pricing page when configured. Limits may change without prior notice.
Install app (PWA)
MenusM may offer an optional Install app option so you can open the site from your home screen or application list like a lightweight app.
- The installed app loads MenusM from our servers; offline behaviour depends on cached content and may be limited.
- You may uninstall or remove the shortcut at any time through your browser or device settings.
Push notifications
Optional push notifications inform visitors about platform activity such as new venues, menu items, or feed posts. Enabling them requires browser permission.
- Notifications are not guaranteed to be timely or delivered; they may be limited by your device, operating system, browser, or if you revoke permission.
- You can disable them from the MenusM menu or your device settings. Misuse of notification infrastructure is prohibited.
- Restaurant owners do not send push messages directly to guests through this feature; alerts are sent by MenusM about public platform content.
7. Suspension and termination
MenusM may suspend, block, or remove accounts or content that violate these terms, applicable law, platform safety, or that publish inaccurate, unlawful, or misleading information. You remain responsible for your data even after an account is closed or suspended.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may update features or these terms when needed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Limitation of liability
MenusM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenusM is not liable for business losses, lost profits, guest disputes, errors in user-published menus or prices, reliance on your information by guests, unauthorized account use where credentials were not protected, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to fees you paid to MenusM in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you used a free account.
